<br />------ - -- --- <br /> <br />CGM:mf 10/30/80 <br /> <br />...-.. <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />OR'Glt~AL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.8750 <br /> <br />Nav 2 4 1980 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />ALVERNO HILL SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVE~~NTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Alverno Hill Subdivision in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates, <br /> <br />Civil Engineers, for Alpha Land Co., a California Corporation, <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative <br /> <br />map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and <br />prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain pro- <br />posed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Alverno Hfll Subdivision," <br />wherein the owner or subdivider, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct <br />and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />streets and other improvements required of owner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and <br />such other street, sewer or other improvements designated <br />or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans <br />and specifications for the improvement of Alverno Hill <br />Subdivision on file in the office of the Director of Public <br />vlorks. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and <br />prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good <br />and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the <br />city Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said <br />owner or subdivider of all work and the construction of <br />all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, <br />and within the time therein specified, the amount of said <br />security to be Four Hundred Sixty Thousand and No/IOO Dollars <br />lS460.000.00} and also a qood and sufficient security in <br />
