.. o o CGM:mf 5/12/81 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 8864 ORIGINAL JUN 1 1981 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN CONNECTION WITH PARCEL MAP NO. 81-2; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVE- MENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Subdivision Committee has conditionally approved the tentative parcel map for Parcel Map 81-2 Subdivision and the Director of Public Works has found the parcel map entitled "Parcel Map No. 81-2" is in conformity with the tentative parcel map and is mathematically and technically correct; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That, prior to the delivery of Parcel Map 81-2 to the owners of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map 81-2 Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval ~f said map by the City of Redwood City, shall agree to construct and complete, within the time specified in said agreement, the public improvements required of owners or subdividers pursuant to the provisions of such agreement. 2. That said owners or subdividers shall, before the release of said parcel map by City and as a condition precedent to the recordation-thereof, furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owners or subdividers of all work and the cons.truction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein specified, the amount of said security to be One Thousand 8864
