<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />CGM:mf 8/4/82 <br />CGM:mf 8/6/82R <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AUG 2 3 1982 <br /> <br />9191 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING PARAGRAPH 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />7529, RELATING TO SANITARY SEWERAGE CHARGES <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 7529, adopted December 15, <br /> <br />1975, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"3. (a) Charges. The following monthly charges are <br /> <br />hereby established and levied upon each premise or any portion <br /> <br />thereof which receives or uses sewerage service from the <br /> <br />sewerage facilities: <br /> <br />"(1) Residential. All residential units including <br />single-family, duplexes, multi-family dwellings <br />or structures and similar class of uses; <br /> <br />II (2) <br /> <br />II (3) <br /> <br />II (4) <br /> <br />Monthly Rate: $8.16 per dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Retail - Commercial. Establishments including <br />but not limited to, office buildings, warehouses, <br />filling stations, rental stores, motels, mortuaries, <br />fast-food establishments without on-site food <br />preparation, markets without garbage grinders <br />and other similar class of use--a minimum charge <br />of $8.16 per month plus an additional monthly <br />charge based upon the number of cubic feet of <br />waste or wastewater discharged or deposited <br />monthly into the sewerage facilities, as follows: <br /> <br />Monthly Rate: $0.82 per hundred cubic feet of <br />water discharged or deposited in excess of 1,000 <br />cubic feet; <br /> <br />Restaurants. Food establishments where food <br />is prepared and served on the premises and <br />other similar class of use--a minimum charge <br />of $8.16 per month plus an additional monthly <br />charge based upon the number of cubic feet of <br />waste or wastewater discharged or deposited <br />monthly into the sewerage facilities, as follows: <br /> <br />Monthly Rate: $1.39 per hundred cubic feet of <br />water discharged or deposited in excess of 1,000 <br />cubic feet; <br /> <br />Supermarkets.
