<br />SWC:djg-c 3/3/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9318 <br /> <br />MAR 7 <br /> <br />1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF CANCELLATION OF <br />WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br />AND MAKING APPROPRIATE FINDINGS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 51282.1 the City <br /> <br />provided notice by first-class mail to each owner of land under a <br /> <br />Williamson Act contract in the City of Redwood City, which notice <br /> <br />set forth the provisions by which such land owners could petition <br /> <br />for cancellation of a Williamson Act contract; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said notice, and in accordance with the <br /> <br />requirements set forth thereby, a petition for cancellation of <br /> <br />four (4) Williamson Act contracts for land located within the <br /> <br />Horgan Ranch area of Redwood City, was filed with the City, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />NAME OF APPLICANTS: <br /> <br />1. Petitioners Masao and Nobo Okabayashi, owners of land <br />under contract known as APN 059-240-260; <br /> <br />2. Petitioners Sumiye and Takeshi Sugimoto, owners of <br />land under contract known as APN 059-240-270; <br /> <br />3. Petitioners Kazuye Mori, Torao Mori, James Mori and <br />Shirley Mori, owners of land under contract known <br />as APN 059-240-510; and <br /> <br />4. Petitioner Minoru Okamura, owner of land under <br />contract known as APN 059-240-520. <br /> <br />All of the above listed parcels are more particularly <br /> <br />described on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> <br />by reference; and <br /> <br />9318 <br />
