<br />SWC:djg-c <br />~:djg-c <br />SWC:djg-c <br /> <br />4/12/84 <br />4/12/84R <br />4/16/84R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 554 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 1 6 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULT OF GENERAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON APRIL 10, 1984 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, by <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9532, duly passed and adopted on March 5, 1984, <br /> <br />designated the precincts and polling places and appointed the <br /> <br />members of the precinct boards for the general election to be <br /> <br />held in said City of Redwood City on April 10, 1984, as required <br /> <br />by law, for the objects and purposes of: <br /> <br />(1) electing the following municipal officers of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City: <br /> <br />Four (4) Council members for the full term of four (4) years <br /> <br />each; and <br /> <br />(2) submitting to the voters eight (8) charter amendment <br /> <br />proposals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said general municipal election was held on <br /> <br />Tuesday, April 10, 1984, in accordance with law, and the votes <br /> <br />thereat received and canvassed, <br /> <br />and the returns thereof <br /> <br />ascertained, determined and declared in all respects as required <br /> <br />by law; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />9554 <br />
