DCB:rks 5/02/84 Or!!">!M "L iLuii\H RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 9 5 () 3 MAY 7 1984 RESOLUTION CONDEMNING BUILDINGS AT 320 FULLER STREET, 328-330 FULLER STREET, 334 FULLER STREET, 503-505 ALLERTON STREET, AND 335-345 BRADFORD STREET AS PUBLIC NUISANCES AND DIRECTING RECONSTRUCTION OR REMOVAL THEREOF WHEREAS, the Building Department of this City has determined that buildings which are located at 320 Fuller Street, 328-330 Fuller Street, 334 Fuller Street, 503-505 Allerton Street, 335-345 Bradford Street are public nuisances as defined by Sections 9.5 and 9.6 of the Redwood City Code because the buildings have become manifestly unsafe for the purpose for which they are being used; the buildings exist and are maintained in violation of specific requirements and prohibitions applicable to such building regulations of the City; the buildings used for or intended to be used for dwelling purposes, because of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation, decay, damage, faulty construction, inadequate light, air, or sanitation facilities or otherwise, have been determined to be unfit for human habitation and/or are unsanitary; and WHEREAS, the Building Department has given notice to the owners of the buildings at 320 Fuller Street, 328-330 Fuller Street, 334 Fuller Street, 503-505 Allerton Street, 335-345 Bradford Street to appear before this City council to show cause, if any they have, why such buildings should not be declared to be public nuisances and abated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City Code, as evidenced by Exhibit A; and 956~)
