" l <br />.\ \..fIll \ji IJ._ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />-------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9748 <br /> <br />DEe 1 0 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />SUPPLEMENTAL <br />TRANSMISSION, <br />ANNEXATION OF <br />OF SAN MATEO <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT NO. 3 RELATING TO SEWAGE <br />TREATMENT, AND DISPOSAL AND CONSENTING TO <br />CERTAIN REDWOOD CITY TERRITORY TO THE COUNTY <br />EMERALD LAKE HILLS AREA SEWER MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant to that certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment, and Disposal of <br /> <br />Sani tary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, The <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, and The Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District", dated August 22, 1983, <br /> <br />[hereinafter <br /> <br />"Agreement"] the County of San Mateo received certain collection, <br /> <br />transmission, pumping, and disposal rights, therein defined and <br /> <br />described from the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement provides in Paragraph I, that the <br /> <br />collection, pumping and transmission rights of said County <br /> <br />therein described are expressly limited to sewage emanating from <br /> <br />properties situate in the Emerald Lake Hills Area as defined and <br /> <br />described in Exhibits "A", "B", and "C" thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a request for consent to <br /> <br />the annexation of Lot 6, Block 304, Highlands of Emerald Lake <br /> <br />Subdivision Three, commonly known as 3910 Lakemead Way, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California to said District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said request and is <br /> <br />willing to consent to said annexation, except that said <br /> <br />annexation shall not change or affect in any way the treatment <br /> <br />t~ /.1 r~; <br />,~)' ..f <br />
