<br />CES:rnmg ~~/18/89 (#25/031) <br /> <br />JUL 24 1989 <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I1089 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP 89-2 <br />(2326 CHESHIRE DRIVE), REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Parcel Map 89-2 (2326 Cheshire <br /> <br />Drive) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, <br /> <br />Foulk & Associates, Inc., for the owner of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said sUbdivision, is approved <br /> <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 89-2" (form dated 07/18/89) <br />wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements required of <br />Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and such other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to City and file with the <br />
