<br />CWM:djm '1/06/89 (098/#25) <br />CWM:djm ./29/89R <br /> <br />GE.e 04 '989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11190 <br />R D - 89-1 9 <br /> <br />Or)lG"~'lI\L <br />fd 'l!hii <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING FINDINGS FOR <br />EACH SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT EXPECTED TO BE <br />CAUSED BY APPROVAL AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SECOND <br />AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECT NO.2, MAKING STATEMENTS OF OVERRIDING <br />CONSIDERATIONS, AND ADOPTING REPORTING AND MONITORING <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />adopted Ordinance No. 1862 on July 19, 1982 approving and <br /> <br />adopting the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2 <br /> <br />(the "Redevelopment Plan"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously amended the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Plan, (the "First Amendment") by Ordinance No. 19l1 <br /> <br />adopted on May 20, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City (the "Agency") has formulated and prepared the Second <br /> <br />Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. <br /> <br />2 ("Second Amendment") which would add territory ("the Amendment <br /> <br />Area") to the existing Project Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received from the Agency the <br /> <br />proposed Second Amendment, together with the Report of the Agency <br /> <br />including the reasons for amending the Redevelopment Plan, a <br /> <br />description of the physical, social and economic conditions <br /> <br />existing in the Amendment Area, the proposed method of financing <br /> <br />the redevelopment of the Amendment Area, an analysis of the <br /> <br />Preliminary Plan, the report and recommendations of the Planning <br /> <br />Commission of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />a summary of <br />
