i <br /> 06/27/2016 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2423 <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 27.100 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO SANITARY <br /> SEWERAGE SERVICE CHARGES <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 27.100 of the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby <br /> deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> Section 27.100. SEWER SERVICE CHARGES: <br /> A. Established: The following charges are hereby established and <br /> levied upon each premises or any portion thereof which receives or uses sewerage <br /> service from the sewerage facilities: <br /> 1. Residential (with 1-9 Dwellinq Units) Customers: All residential <br /> uses including single-family, duplexes, multi-family dwellings or <br /> structures, and similar classes of uses up to nine dwelling units shall <br /> pay the following monthly rate: <br /> Effective August 1, 2016: Seventy-Five Dollars and Eleven Cents <br /> ($75.11) per dwelling unit; <br /> Effective July 1, 2017: Seventy-Six Dollars and Si�y-Eight Cents <br /> ($76.68) per dwelling unit; <br /> Effective July 1, 2018: Seventy-Eight Dollars and Twenty-Four Cents <br /> ($78.24) per dwelling unit. <br /> 2.
