<br /> DES:djm 02/08/90 (013/#8) <br /> DES:d~ 02/26/90R <br /> FEB 26 1990 or;JG'N ~L <br /> h ¡ ~ ¡ j- <br /> 2012 - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2012 <br /> --------- <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 27.135 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY ESTABLISHING A SANITARY SEWERAGE SYSTEM <br /> CAPITAL FACILITIES FEE <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has held duly noticed public hearings <br />on the question of establishing a capital facilities fee for the <br />use and construction of existing and future facilities of the <br />City's sanitary sewerage system; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with consideration of the <br />aforementioned fee, this Council has reviewed and approved a <br />report and plan pertaining to the use and construction of capital <br />facilities for said sanitary sewerage system for the ensuing five <br />fiscal years; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />fee inacted by this ordinance does not exceed the estimated <br />reasonable costs of providing the services for the use and <br />construction of the facilities to which it corresponds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 27.135 is hereby added to the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> "Section 27.135. Facilities Fee. (a) Established. A <br />facilities fee is hereby established to provide for the use and <br />construction of existing and future sanitary sewerage system <br />capital facilities in accordance with a capital improvements <br />program duly approved by the City Council. Said fee shall be <br />collected concurrently with the connection fee specified in <br />Section 27.131, and shall be in addition to all other fees and <br /> --~~..."... <br />
