Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1782, entitled, "Ordinance Establishing Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications Relating to Management and Confidential Assignments, and Certain Designated Officers; and Repealing Ordinance No. 1713, all Amendments Thereto, and All Ordinances in Conflict Therewith," adopted May 21, 1979, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1.
