cr . :djg-c 9/17/81 ORIGINAL ORDINANCE NO. 1847 SEP 28 1981 --------- ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT IN A PORTION OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; DESIGNATING SAID DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1980-1; DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; AND ESTABLISHING THE TIMES IN WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing with §11.30, et seq.), proceedings for the establishment of an underground utility district in a portion of the City of Redwood City were instituted by Resolution 8941 , adopted August 24, 1981; and WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 8941 sets forth the purposes of said district, its proposed designation and boundary description, and a time and place for hearing of objections by persons interested in the formation of the proposed district; and WHE REAS , notice of the hearing set by said Resolution No. 8941 was provided by mail and publication in accordance with section 11.42 of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, at the time and place of public hearing, to 'i.vi t : Honday, September 21, 1981, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. (P.S.T.) or as soon thereafter as the matter could be heard, at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Harshall Street, City of Redwood City, California, the following objections were received: Name & Address of Objector Oral or Written Nature of Objection Objection None None None NOW, THE REFO HE ; THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l.
