Article II (commencing at 12.7) of Chapter 12 of <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby repea1~d. <br />SECTION 2. Article II (commencing at 12.7)' is hereby added to <br />Chapter 12 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, to read as follows: <br />ARTICLE II <br />FIRE PREVENTION CODE <br />"Section 12.7 (a) Pursuant to Section 50022.1, et seq., of <br />the California Government Code and Section 15 of the Charter of <br />the City of Redwood City, the 'Uniform Fire Co?e, 1979 Edition,' <br />as published by the International Conference of Building Officials <br />and the Western Fire Chiefs Association, is hereby adopted and <br />shall be in effect within the City of Redwood City to the same <br />extent as if setout in full herein, except as expressly amended <br />by the provisions of this article. <br />neb) In the event of any conflict between the provisions of <br />the Uniform Fire Code, 1979 Edition, hereinafter referred to as <br />the 'Fire Code,' and the provisions of this article, the provisions <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1849 <br />
