REPEALER. Ordinance No. 1892, adopted April 2, 1984 entitled "An Ordinance Awarding Non-Exclusive Franchise to Construct, Operate and Maintain a Community Antenna Television System Within the City of Redwood City to Nationwide Cablevision, Inc. , dba Peninsula Cable Television Corporation; and Establishing Certain Conditions Therefor; and repealing Ordinance No. 1329", is, and all other ordinances or portions thereof in conflict herewith are, hereby repealed. SECTION 2. FRANCHISE GRANTED. In accordance with Article III of Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, (the "CATV Ordinance") , the City of Redwood City ("Grantor" ) hereby grants a non-exclusive franchise to Nation Wide Cablevision, Inc. , dba Peninsula Cable TV ("Grantee" ) located at 894 Industrial Road, San Carlos, California, to construct, operate and maintain a community antenna television system ( "CATV System" ) within the City of Redwood City, California subject to all provisions, terms and requirements of the CATV Ordinance heretofore or hereafter enacted, and to all requirements of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Code of the City of Redwood City, and all 11 () l,. ,..<'~ '.: '\ --" \:j , ,: -- "P""'--_.....
