<br /> DAS: s1-· 7/2/87 (# 6) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1951 JUL 20 1987 <br /> --------- <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF UNDERGROUND <br /> UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1986-1 IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY; DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; AND <br /> ESTABLISHING THE TIMES IN WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD <br /> WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article II of Chapter <br />11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing with <br />§11.30, et seq.), proceedings for amending the boundaries of the <br />Underground Utility District No. 1986-1 in the City of Redwood <br />City were instituted by Resolution No. 10523, adopted June 1 , <br />1987; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 10523 sets forth the purposes <br />for amending the boundaries of said District, a description of <br />said amended boundaries, and a time and place for hearing of <br />objections by persons interested in amending the boundaries of <br />said District; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the hearing set by said Resolution No. <br />10523 was provided by mail and publication in accordance with <br />Section 11.42 of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place of public hearing, to wit: <br />Monday, July 6, 1987, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as the matter could be heard, at the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br />Street, City of Redwood City, California, the following <br />objections were received: <br /> ----, <br />
