DES:djk 42/18/95 (053/41) DES:djk _~./05/96R 0 R I G I N A L 1/22/96 R E S O L U T I 0 N N O. 12684 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A PUBLIC STREET EASEMENT, A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT, A WATERLINE EASEMENT AND RELINQUISHMENT OF ACCESS RIGHTS; AND SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT AND NON-ACCESS RESTRICTION SUPERCEDED BY RELOCATION (330 AND 350 TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE) WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with §8330), Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, this Council may summarily vacate a non-access restriction if such non-access restriction has been superceded by relocation; and WHEREAS, a portion of the non-access restriction as shown on Parcel C of that certain map entitled "Parcel Map No. 83-7", filed November 29, 1983 in Volume 54 of Maps at Page 11, Official Records of San Mateo County, is no longer required for public use, provided, that a portion of said non-access restriction shall be relocated; and WHEREAS, the owner of record of the property affected thereby proposes to convey to the City, easements for public street, public service and waterline purposes, proposes to relinquish access rights at a new location in exchange for the portion of the non-access restriction to be vacated; and WHEREAS, the value of the property interests to be received by the City pursuant to said exchange equals or exceeds the value of the property interests to be vacated;
