CGM:jp 9/24/79 <br />CGM:bc 9/26/79R <br />R E S O L U T I O N N 01 8407 ORIGI ` AL <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF OCT 1 1979 <br />"WOODHILL ESTATES SUBDIVISION," REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br />APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTSFOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION AND FOR ACCESS TO <br />FARM HILL BOULEVARD RESPECTIVELY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain final map of Woodhill Estates Subdivision <br />in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas & Foulk, <br />Civil Engineers for Dividend Development Corporation, owners <br />of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on September 19, <br />1978, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by <br />City and prior to its recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into <br />and execute that certain proposed subdivision agree- <br />ment on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />entitled "Agreement for Woodhill Estates Subdivision," <br />wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration <br />of the approval of said map by the City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete, in the time specified <br />in said agreement, all streets and other improvements <br />required of owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being -the <br />subdivision regulations of said City, and such <br />other street, sewer or other improvements designated <br />or mentioned in said agreement and /or set forth <br />in the plans and specifications for the improvement <br />of Woodhill Estates Subdivision on file in the <br />office of the Director of Public Works, <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />and prior to its recordation, the owners or sub- <br />dividers shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in <br />a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing <br />the faithful performance by said owners or sub- <br />dividers of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agree- <br />ment and within the time therein specified, the <br />amount of said security to be One Million Two Hundred <br />Fifty Thousand and N01100 Dollars ($1,250,000.00) <br />and also a good and sufficient security in a form <br />to be approved by the City Attorney securing the <br />payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills <br />for labor and materials incurred in the construction <br />of any and all said improvements, and the doing of <br />8 40 <br />
