CGM:jp 9/24/79 CGM:bc 9/26/79R R E S O L U T I O N N 01 8407 ORIGI ` AL RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF OCT 1 1979 "WOODHILL ESTATES SUBDIVISION," REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTSFOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION AND FOR ACCESS TO FARM HILL BOULEVARD RESPECTIVELY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Woodhill Estates Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas & Foulk, Civil Engineers for Dividend Development Corporation, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on September 19, 1978, is approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agree- ment on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Woodhill Estates Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all streets and other improvements required of owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being -the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and /or set forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement of Woodhill Estates Subdivision on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, 2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and prior to its recordation, the owners or sub- dividers shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owners or sub- dividers of all work and the construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agree- ment and within the time therein specified, the amount of said security to be One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and N01100 Dollars ($1,250,000.00) and also a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvements, and the doing of 8 40
