The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m. <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY/PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />Monday, November 25, 2019, 7:00 PM <br />1. CALL TO ORDER — Vice Mayor called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — Mayor Bain was absent; all other Councilmembers were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Councilmember Reddy led the pledge of allegiance. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS <br />4.A. Recognition of Welcoming Star: CARON -Community Alliance to Revitalize our <br />Neighborhood <br />Members of CARON were present to accept the proclamation. <br />4.6. Mayor's Beautification Awards <br />Vice Mayor Howard presented awards to seven recipients in four categories: Home — Do It <br />Yourself, Home—Professional, Business—Large, and the Lucie Muhlker Award <br />5.
