The meeting concluded at 6:30 p.m. <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY/PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />Monday, January 13, 2020 <br />7:00 PM <br />1. CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Howard called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — All Council Members were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Council Member Bain led the pledge of allegiance. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS <br />4.A. Hometown Holidays awards <br />Awards were presented to Woodside High School Marching Band and Mexico <br />Vivo <br />4.6. Informational report on recently concluded Manzanita Talks organized by <br />Joint Venture Silicon Valleys <br />Russell Hancock of Joint Venture Silicon Valley and Nancy Shepherd of Manzanita <br />Works gave the report. <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ON ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />The following members of the public spoke during Public Comment: <br />• Mary Bernier <br />• Steven Drace <br />• Dan Slanker <br />6.
