CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Howard called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — All Council Members were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Council Member Bain led the pledge of allegiance. <br />4. PRESENTATIONS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS <br />4.A. Hometown Holidays awards <br />Awards were presented to Woodside High School Marching Band and Mexico <br />Vivo <br />4.6. Informational report on recently concluded Manzanita Talks organized by <br />Joint Venture Silicon Valleys <br />Russell Hancock of Joint Venture Silicon Valley and Nancy Shepherd of Manzanita <br />Works gave the report. <br />5.
