(205) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 6, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Hale to approve all staff recommendations as presented, excluding 8 <br />(regarding local minimum wage update), and with the addition to direct staff to return with <br />a commercial eviction moratorium: <br />1. Approve the revised approach for fiscal year 2020-21 Operating Budget <br />development; <br />2. Direct staff to develop a resolution to waive late payment penalties for solid waste, <br />water and sewer utilities for the period of March 2020 through August 2020 for new <br />residential and commercial customers; <br />3. Direct staff to advertise the rate assistance program for low-income water and <br />sewer utility customers; <br />
