03/26/01 <br />ORIGG I NAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14169 <br />RESOLUTION RDA NO. 01 -63 <br />CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT CONSULTING SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional management <br />and planning services for its Department of General Services; and <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br />requires professional consulting services for proposed projects relating to the <br />revitalization of the downtown area; and <br />WHEREAS, Bruce W. Liedstrand, doing business as Liedstrand <br />Associates, represents that he is qualified and has experience in providing such <br />managerial, planning, and redevelopment services; and <br />WHEREAS, the hereinafter referenced agreement between Bruce W. <br />Liedstrand and the City of Redwood and the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Redwood City provides for the furnishing of such services to the City and <br />Agency, respectively, and this Council and Agency desire to approve said <br />Agreement and authorize its execution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT CONCURRENTLY RESOLVED BY THE <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Reso -1116 1 <br />DES:rg <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />03/20/01 <br />
