<br />. <br />'i <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />\ <br />. : <br /> <br />, , <br /> <br />.'" <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />" -.. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 206 <br /> <br />GRANTING TO THE REDWOOD CITY HARBOR COMPANY (A CORPOR- <br />ATION FORMED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA), A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, EQUIP, OPERATE AND <br />MAINTAIN A STEAM RAILWAY ALONG, OVER, ACROSS AND UPON <br />CERTAIN STREETS AND HIGHWAYS IN THE TOWN OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND PRESCRIBING <br />THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS THEREOF . <br /> <br />THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That a franchise for the term and period of Fifty <br />(50) years be, and the same is hereby granted to the Redwood <br />City Harbor Company (a Corporation organized and existing under <br />and by virtue of the Laws of the State of California), its success- <br />ors and assigns, to construct, equip, operate and maintain a double <br />traok steam railway over, across and upon those certain streets and <br />highways of the Town of Redwood City, and within the corporate limits <br />thereof, as follows: <br /> <br />"COV~NCING at the Northerly end of Chestnut Street, <br />and extending thence Southerly to and across Heller Street, and <br />through Blook Number Fifty-three (53) of the Eastern Addition to <br />the Town of Redwood City, to and across Pine Street, and through <br />Block Number Forty-six (~6) of the Eastern Addition, and to and <br />acrose Chew Street, to oonneot to and with the line of the Southern <br /> <br />'DCtrt."'OP..,.. ~^",......a't""\..r ^"'" 'D~""""""'.."..f"'\_"_ __ 'n-...J"_~__~ ,,_____~_~ .. <br />
