i o o CGM:wb 4/29/81 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 8841 ORIGINAL MAY 4 1981 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF REDWOOD GARDENS SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS~ APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Redwood Gardens Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Redmond Walsh, Civil Engineer, for John S. Hickman, Debbie Hickman, Stephen R. Holmes, Leslie Holmes, Victor Pacquet, and Laura M. Pacquet, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this sub- division, is approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Redwood Gardens Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all streets and other improvements required of 9wner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the city of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement of Redwood Gardens Subdivision on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owners or subdividers of all work and the con- struction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein specified, the amount of said security to be Eighty-three Thousand Five Hundred and No/IOO Dollars ($83,500.00) and also a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said 8841
