RESOLUTION AND CERTIFICATE OF THE RJ3JSULT OF ELECTION <br />FOR THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED <br />TERRITORY FROM THE BOlITIDARIES OF THE <br />TOWN OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />vmEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Board of <br />Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, a municipal corpora.- <br />tion, duly held on the 16th day of July, 1923, there was <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />presented to and filed with said Board of Trustees of said <br /> <br />Town of Redwood City, a municipal corporation, situate in <br /> <br /> <br />the county of San T~teo, state of California, a certain <br /> <br /> <br />petition signed by not less t~an one-~enth (1/10) in number <br /> <br /> <br />of all of the qualified electors of said Town of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City, computed upon the number of votes cast at the last <br /> <br /> <br />general municipal election held in said town, which said <br /> <br /> <br />petition prayed, among other things, that certain <br /> <br /> <br />uninhabited territory in said petition and hereinafter <br /> <br />particularly described, and situate within the boundaries <br /> <br />of the Town of Redwood City, a municipal corporation, be <br />excluded therefrom; and <br />WHEREAS, said petition was thereupon duly read, <br />received and filed, and said Board of Trustees duly <br /> <br />considered the same, and received evidence, oral and <br /> <br />-1- <br />
