DES:d~~- 06/06/95 (085/34) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/12/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12488 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (GOLDEN GATE RAILROAD MUSEUM) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Mr. Michael J. Mangini <br />of the Golden Gate Railroad Museum for the use of certain public <br />rights-of-way in connection with the display of steam locomotive <br />92472 and several vintage railroads cars during the Forth of July <br />celebration (July 1 through July 4, 1995), in the form of Exhibit <br />"A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public <br />rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to <br />Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby <br />authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
