DES:d~" 06/02/95 (113/37) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/12/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12487 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (TOUR De PENINSULA) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Jane Baldwin of <br />RhodyCo Productions and the San Francisco Chronicle for the use <br />of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the Tour De <br />Peninsula Bicycle Ride on Sunday, August 13, 1995, in the form of <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the <br />public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant <br />to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby <br />authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
