<br />RES 0 L IT T ION <br />--------- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />that whereas L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the <br /> <br />said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance <br />No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the hereinafter <br />described real property and did send a copy of said notice, <br />so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owners <br />of said hereinafter described real property, as said owners <br /> <br />are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City <br /> <br />of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance said <br /> <br />Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix <br />Monday, the 4th day of October, 1943, at the hour of 8:00 <br /> <br />o'clock p. M. of said day at the Council Chamber in the City <br /> <br />Hall on Middlefield Road in said City of Redwood City, as the <br /> <br />time and place when the owners of the building situated upon <br /> <br />said hereinafter described real property could appear and be <br /> <br />heard and show cause why said building should not be condemned <br /> <br />as a public nuisance and abated by reconstructing or properly <br /> <br />repairing said building or by razing or removing the same; and <br /> <br />WHERID~S, said Council did proceed with said hearing and <br /> <br />after considering all objections made and received does de- <br /> <br />termine that due and legal notice or said hearing was given <br /> <br />as required by the ordinances of the City of Redwood City as <br /> <br />appears from the affidavit of L. M.
