<br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 114: <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City that whereas L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of <br />the said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance <br />No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the hereinafter <br />described-real property and did send a copy of said notice, <br />so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owner <br />of said hereinafter described real property, as said owner <br />is listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City <br />of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance <br />said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix <br />Monday the 21st day of February, 1944, at the hour of 8:00 <br />o'clock P. M. of said day at the Council Chamber in the City <br />Hall on Middlefield Road in said City of Redwood City, as <br />the time and place when the o~mer of the building situated <br />upon said hereinafter described real property could appear <br />and be heard and show cause why said building should not <br />be; condemned as a public nuisance and abated by reconstructing <br />or properly repairing said building or by razing or removing <br />the same; and <br />WHEREAS, said Council did regularly continue said <br />hearing until the 3rd day of April , 1944, at 8:00 <br />o'clock P. M.; and <br />WHEREAS, said Council did proceed with said hearing <br />and after considering all objections made and received does~ <br />determine that due and legal notice of said hearing was given <br />as required by the ordinances of the City of Redwood City as <br />appears from the affida vi t of L. M., DtJNCAN on file in the of- <br />fice of the City Clerk; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />ot: Redwood Ci ty and said Council does hereby declaI~e the <br /> <br />...1- <br />
