<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />No.llflo <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING SALE OF FORMER LIBRARY SITE <br />AND BUILDm G <br /> <br />RESOLVED that this' 01 ty Council of the. 01 ty <br />of Redwood City sell upon sealed bids to said Council <br />pursuant to a Notice of Sale, which sl1s.11~'b. given in <br />the manner and for the time required by the Charter of <br />this city, that certain real property situated in said <br />City of Redwood City and particularly deser1be~ a~ <br />tollows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the <br />southerly line of Broadway with the westerly <br />line of Jefferson Aven~; running thence westerly <br />along said 11ne of Broadway 50 feet; thence at <br />a right angle southerly 100 feet; thence at a <br />right angle easterly 50 feet to said line of' <br />Jefferson Avenue; and thence at a right angle <br />northerly along the said line of Jefferson A~enue <br />100 feet to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />together with the improvements thereon. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was- <br /> <br />passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />C1 ty at a regul ar meeting thereof held on the -6~_h'. day <br />of Se:lltember.. ~~' $ 1944, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the paasage and adoption <br />of the foregoing resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen: H.
