DUNOMl, the Building Inspector of <br />the said City of Redwood City, did,' as required by Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisa.nce upon the real property <br /> <br />situated in said city, County of San Mateo, state of Ca11- <br /> <br />fornia, and particularly described as follows:. <br /> <br />Lots 6 and 8 in Block 27, as <br />shown and delineated on that certain map <br />anti tied: uMap of Redwood Highlands.; <br />Redwood Oi ty San Ma teo Co. Cal. "1, whi ch <br />was filed in the office of the County <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo, state <br />of California, on August 20, 1913 in Book 9 <br />of Maps, at pages: 6 and 7; also known as <br />35 Hudson street, <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice, so ROsted, by registered <br />mail, postage prepaid, to the owner of said real property, <br /> <br />a~ said owner is listed upon the books of the City Assessor <br /> <br />of said Ci ty of Redwood Ci ty, to wi t:. T. D. PJtLLE~AUGH, <br />at 35 Hudson street, Redwood City, California; a~d <br />WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance <br /> <br />said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix <br />Monday, the 2nd day of OctOber, 1944, at the hour of 8:00 <br />o'clock P. M. of said day at the Council Chambers in the City <br />Hall. on Middl efield Road in said Ci ty of Redwood Oi ty, as: the <br />time and place when the owner of the building situated,upon <br /> <br />s:aid real property could appear and be heard and show cause <br /> <br />why said building should not be condemned as a public nuisance <br /> <br />and abated by compelling discontinuance of the use of said <br /> <br />property' otherwise than as a. single family dwelling, and com- <br /> <br /> <br />pelling discontinuance of any subletting of any part of said <br /> <br />premises for housekeeping purposes, and of occupancy of any part <br /> <br />thereof by persons other than the family of the principal oc- <br /> <br />cupant, and of furnishing board in or upon said premiseff to <br /> <br />occupant& or any other person; and <br /> <br />-1- <br />
