<br />( <br /> <br />.? <br /> <br />-"'--- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 30(, <br /> <br />ADOPTING PLANS, PHOFILES AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />POR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />AT EL CAli/rINO REAL AND JAMES A VENUE, REIDWOOD <br />CITY, CALIFORNIA, AND CALLING FOR BIDS THEREFOR. <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />specifications for doing the following work and making the <br /> <br />following improvements in the City of Redwood City, to-wit: <br /> <br />The existing curb and gutter is to be removed and <br /> <br />rebuilt to new line and grade. Two reinforced P.C.C. <br /> <br />drop inlet catchbasins with metal curb inlets and frames <br /> <br />and gratings to be provided and built with connecting <br /> <br />15" concrete pipe drain and an 1811 concrete pipe outlet <br /> <br />drain to connect with the existing drop inlet catchbasin <br /> <br />on El Camino Real as sho~m on the plans. The top of the <br /> <br />existing inlet is to be removed and rebuilt as shown on <br /> <br />the plans. The existing sidewalks and driveway entrance <br /> <br />aprons on the line of the work are to be removed and re- <br /> <br />built; also the existing open gutter across James Avenue <br /> <br />shall be filled with asphaltic concrete to new line and <br /> <br />grade as shovm. All eXisti!1g light, signal and other <br /> <br />poles or standards shall be removed and reset as required, <br /> <br />have been prepared by R. J. Clarke and Charles E. Randlett, acting <br /> <br />City Engineers respectively of said City, and submitted to and filed <br /> <br />with this Council on this date; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> <br />I Redwood City that said Plans, profiles, specifications, drawings, <br /> <br /> <br />J and map or pla tJ:for the cons true tion of said drainage improvemen ts <br /> <br /> <br />and other public improvements mentioned above be and the same are <br /> <br />hereby adopted and approved as and for the plans, profiles, speci- <br /> <br />fications and detail~d drawings for said work and improvements. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />..,...,....--....,.':i~-~ <br />
