..,...-~," -....--.., RES 0 L UTI 0 N No. 3f5c:' OVERRULING PROTESTS AGAINST CHANGES IN PROCEEDINGS, ADOPTING ENGINEER'S REPORT AS AMENDED, CONFIRMING THE NEW ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE WORK (Resolution of Intention No. 1946-1) RESOLVEID by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that: WHERFAS, the Council of Redwood City did on the 19th day of August, 1946, pass and adopt Resolution No. 380, entitled "Resolution of Intention to Order Changes in the Engineer's Report, and Order Congirming Assessment Under Resolution of Intention No. 1946-1"; and WHEREAS, said City Council set aside and rescinded the approval and confirmation of the Engineer's Report of estimate of costs and aS$essment for the improvements mentioned in said reso1u- tion of intention as approved and confirmed by said City Council by Resolution No. 365; and WHEREAS, said City Council declared by said Resolution No. 380 its intention to increase the amounts of the assessment therein to the amount shown on an assessment list attached to said resolution, marked Schedule A, and made a part thereof; and W}ffiREAS, in and by said Resolution No. 380, said Council fixed Tuesday, the 3rd day of September, 1946, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. of said day, at the meeting place of said Council in the City Hall on Middlefield, of said City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the day, hour and place, when and where any and all persons having any objections to said re-essessment for said improvements would be heard, and caused a. copy of said Resolution No. 380 to be published once in the Red- wood City Tribune at least ten days before said day for hearing objections to said re-assessment; and WHEREAS, at the time and place mentioned, no objections were made against said re-assessment; and 1
