DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the real pro- perty situated in said city, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows: North 120 feet on Maple Street and 16 feet on the northeast side of Main Street, Lot 40, Mezesville Main Street Lots, commonly known . and designated as 1042 Main Street, Redwood City, California, and did send a copy of said notice, so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of said real property, as said owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood City, to-wit: Vincent Romano, c/o Walter Realty Co., 2198 Broadway, Redwood City, California, and Augustin and Annie Bacigalupi, 277 Oakwood Blvd. East, Redwood City, California; and vlHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, the 2nd day of February, 1948, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day at the Council Chambers in the City 'Hall on Middle- fielcL Road in said Ci ty of Red~vood Ci ty, as the time and place when the owners of the building situated upon said real property could appear and be heard and show cause why said building should not be condemned as a public nuisance and abated by reconstruct- lng or properly repairing said building or by razing or remov- ing the same; and WtlEP~S said Council did regularly continue said hearing until the 16th day of February, 1948, at 8:00 a.clock P.M.; and -1-
