<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 608 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER RENTALS AND <br />RULES AND REGULATIONS IN CONNECTION'THEREWITH <br /> <br />WHEREAS Ordinance No. 598 of the City of Redwood City, <br />entitled "Ordinance Relating to Sewer Rentals", which ordina.noe <br />was adopted on the 2nd day of August, 1948, provides that sewer <br />rentals for domestic and commercial use in the City of Redwood <br />City, and outside the corporate limits of the City of Redwood <br />City where applicable, shall be established by resolution of the <br />City Council of the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS it is the desire of said City Council to establish <br /> <br />such sewer rentals and rules and regulations in connection there- <br /> <br />wi thj <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following schedule <br /> <br />of monthly rates 1s hereby adopted, said rates to be effective <br />commencing September 1, 1948; <br /> <br />TYPE OF OCCUPANCY <br /> <br />Inside <br />City Limits <br />$0.60 Mo. <br />0.60 Unit/Mo. <br /> <br />Outside <br />City Limits <br />$0.90 Mo. <br />0.90 Unit/Mo. <br /> <br />Single Family Dwellings <br /> <br />Duplex Dwel1ings(Housing 2 families) <br /> <br />Multiple Family Dwellings, <br />Apartments & Flats (Housing 3 or <br />more families) <br />Minimum oharge per sewer connection <br />For each additional unit, a charge <br />of <br /> <br />0.60 Mo. <br />0.40 Unit/Mo. <br /> <br />0.90 Mo. <br />0.60 Unit/Mo. <br /> <br />Commercial Houses, Office Bldgs. <br />and Small Industrl as <br /> <br />Minimum charge per sewer connection 0.60 Mo.. <br /> <br />Sewage oontribution in exoess of <br />400 gallons and less than <br />30,000 gallons per day, volume <br />charge per 100 cu. ft. of water <br />based on water meter readings <br /> <br />0.90 Mo. <br /> <br />0.07 100 Cu.Ft. 0.12 100 Cu.Ft. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
