DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a not- <br /> <br />ice to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in said <br /> <br />Ci ty, County of San :Ulateo, State of California, and particulG..rly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />858 and 860 Main Street, also known as <br />Lots 56 and 57, Mezesville Main street Lots; <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice, so posted, by registered <br /> <br />mail, postage prepaid, to the owner of said real property, as <br /> <br />said owner is listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, to wit: J. B. Perry, 1401 Main Street, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br />villEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Build- <br /> <br />ing Inspector of the City of Redwood City diel fix Tuesday,Septem-- <br />bel' 7, 1948, at the hour of 8 ~_~~QJo I clock P.M.' of said day at the <br />Council Ch&uber in the City Hall on Middlefieid Road in said City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, as the time and place when the owner of the <br />buildings situated upon said real property could appear and be <br /> <br />heard and show caus e ~'lThy said buildings should not be condemned <br /> <br />as a public nuisance and abated by reconstructing or properly <br /> <br />repairing said buildings or by razing or removing the same; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Council did regularly continue said hearing until <br /> <br />the 24th day of September, 1948, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.; and <br /> <br />WnEREAS the City Clerk adjourned the meeting to Monday, Sep- <br /> <br />tember 27, 1948, due to laclt of a quorum; and <br /> <br />VE-JEREAS, on the 27th day of September, 1948, said Council did <br /> <br /> <br />regularly continue said hearing until the 4th d8,y of October, <br /> <br /> <br />1948, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.; and <br /> <br />-1- <br />
