Code § 27383. <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />STORMWATER TREATMENT MEASURES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />1793 Rosemary Lane <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO STORMWATER TREATMENT MEASURES <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, 1793 ROSEMARY LANE ("First Amendment") is made <br />and entered into A?L� • 3 0 , 2021 ("Effective Date"), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a charter city and California Municipal Corporation ("City") and SF19G, <br />LLC, a California limited liability company ("Property Owner") (together, the "Parties"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Parties entered into that certain Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement dated December 1, 2020 and recorded December 8, 2020 as <br />instrument number 2020-141268, in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo <br />("Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement"). <br />B. The Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement included <br />references to a legible reduced -scale copy of the site plan showing the stormwater treatment <br />measures that are to be located or constructed on the Property ("Site Plan") and installed <br />and maintained by the agreement as shown on Exhibit B attached to the Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement. <br />C. The Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement included <br />references to an inspection and maintenance checklist which describes Property Owner's <br />maintenance activities ("Inspection and Maintenance Checklist") to be performed as shown <br />on Exhibit C attached to the Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement. <br />D. Since the recordation of the agreement, the design of the stormwater <br />treatment measures was revised which required modifications to the Site Plan and <br />Inspection and Maintenance Checklist. The Property Owner requested these modifications <br />to the stormwater treatment measures and in doing so was required to alter the Site Plan <br />and Inspection and Maintenance Checklist. <br />E. The revised Site Plan is further detailed on Revised Exhibit "B" to this First <br />Amendment. <br />F.
