<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 1019 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION AND ABANDON- <br />MENT or CERTAIN PUBLIC EASEMENTS IN LOTS <br />2 AND j, BLOCK 9, DINGEE PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Council of Redwood Oity, on Deoember 11, 1950, <br />passed and adopted Resolution No. 1001, whioh resolution declared <br />said Council's intention to vacate and abandon as a public ease- <br />ment, oertain easements in Lots 2 and 3, Block 9, Dingee Park, <br />Redwood City, California; and <br />WHEREAS said resolution fixed the date of January 2, 1951, <br />as the date of the hearing in the City Hall, at the hour of eight <br />o' clock P.M., on said Council's intention to vacate and abandon <br />said easements in Lots 2 and 3, Block 9, Dingee Park, in the City <br />of Redwood C 1 ty; and <br />WHEREAS the Superintendent of Streets of the Oity of Redwood <br />City conspiouously posted along said easements proposed to be <br />vaoated and abandoned, 1n three places along said easements, and <br />at least ten days before the date fixed for the hearing on said <br />abandonment, a notice of intention to vacate certain publio ease- <br />ments in Lots 2 and J, Block 9, Dingee Park, in the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS said Resolution No. 1007 was duly publiShed in the <br />Redwood City Tribune, a daily (exoept Sunday) newspaper, published, <br />printed and oirculated in the City of Redwood City, all as required <br />by la.w; and <br />WHEREAS no protest or objection to the abandonment and vaca- <br />tion of said easements 1n Lots 2 and 3, Block 9, Dingee Park, in <br />the City of Redwood City, as public easements, was made at said <br />hearing; <br /> <br />..:.1- <br />
