The Drop Box shall remain at the Facility <br />beginning 29 days prior to Election Day and up until 8 p.m. on Election Day (“Voting Period”), and <br />during the Voting Period shall be open to the public for the hours as set forth under Availability (i.e., <br />24/7). The Facility name and address, and the availability of the Drop Box at the Facility, will be <br />included in the Sample Ballot and Voter Information Pamphlet that will be shared with the public; will <br />be published on the San Mateo County website (“www.smcacre.org”); and will be posted on the <br />California Secretary of State’s website. The Drop Box at the Facility shall be accessible to persons <br />with disabilities. <br />To ensure the security of the Drop Box, the City and Division shall agree upon a level and concrete <br />surface into which the Drop Box will be bolted. If such placement is not possible, the Facility and/or <br />the City will coordinate a concrete pad of the appropriate dimensions.
