December 7, 2022 <br />Melissa Stevenson Diaz <br />City Manager <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Dear Melissa: <br />On behalf of the board of the Sand Hill Foundation, I am very pleased to award the City of <br />Redwood City acting as fiscal agent for Redwood City Together a two-year grant of $100,000 to be <br />used for Redwood City Together’s ACT CREATE ENGAGE (ACE) Transition Age Youth <br />Program. Check #6276 for $50,000 is enclosed. Equal grant payments will be made in <br />November each year. The grant period will be December 1, 2022 to April 30, 2025. A progress <br />report will be due April 30, 2024. <br />Attached is a grant agreement detailing the terms of this grant and your annual reporting <br />requirements. Please sign and upload a scanned copy of this agreement within one week <br />through our online grants management portal: https://pfs.smartsimple.us/welcome/Sandhill/. <br />We are honored to partner with you and look forward to hearing of your progress throughout <br />the coming year.
