REV: 08-24-23 VR <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE BETWEEN THE BELMONT REDWOOD SHORES <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />This Agreement is made as of this day of _August 16, 2023_ by and between Belmont Redwood <br />Shores School District (“BRSSD”) and the City of Redwood City (“CONTRACTOR”) to provide <br />services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. SERVICES <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide services to the BRSSD in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide extended day academic and enrichment service. <br />BRSSD will refer families who participate in the California Department of Education, <br />Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P) to CONTRACTOR. <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to develop site-specific protocols for collaboration within <br />frame of program, which may include but are not limited to: materials, space and <br />equipment sharing guidelines, communication protocols, shared goals, and others. Any <br />site-specific agreement will be in compliance with this contract. <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to maintain accurate records of students’ participation in the <br />after school program including attendance and any relevant documentation required for <br />reimbursement purposes. <br />2. TERM OF AGREEMENT <br />The term of this Agreement is from August 16, 2023 through June 7, 2024. <br />3. COMPENSATION <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all the services of this Agreement during the school <br />days as established in the school calendar approved by the Governing Board and for an <br />Amount not to exceed one hundred thousand seven dollars ($107,000) subject to <br />contingency provision on section 18 of this agreement. <br />4. PAYMENT <br />The billing period under this Agreement will be from August 16, 2023 to June 7, 2024. <br />The CONTRACTOR shall submit an invoice detailing the services performed during the <br />billing period at the end of each semester. Payment of invoice(s) is subject to the <br />contingency provision on Section 18. The CONTRACTOR is responsible to comply with <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.218/Belmont Redwood Shores School District (Extended Day Academic and Enrichment Service) (Page 1 of 5)
