M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the City <br /> <br />of Red\V'ood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 30), post a <br /> <br />notice to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in said <br /> <br /> <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and p~rticularly <br /> <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Blook 10, Villa Lots of J. V. Diller, <br />commonly known, as 1120 Jefferson Avenue, <br />Redwood City, San Mateo CountY,Californla; <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice 80 posted, by registered mail, <br />postage prepaid, to the owners of said real property, as said <br />owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City <br />of Redwood City, to vl1 t : <br />G. and A. Podesta <br />Rt. 1, Box .5.5 <br />Calma, California; <br /> <br />wEEREAS in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building <br />Inspector of the City of Red~lood City did fix Monday, December 17, <br />19.52, at the hour of 8:00 otclock p.m. of said day, in the Council <br />Chamber at the City Hall on Mlddlefield Road in said City of Red- <br />wood City, as the time and place when the owners of the buildings <br />8i tuated upon said real property could a1~pear and be heard and show <br />cause why said buildings should not be condemned as a public <br />nuisance and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said <br />buildings or by razing or removing the same; and <br />WHEREAS said hearing was dUly and regularly continued until <br />Monday, February 18, 1952, at 8:00 P.M.; and <br />WHEREAS said Council did proceed with said hearing on Monday, <br /> <br />February 18, 19.52, <br /> <br />and after considering all <br /> <br />-1- <br />
