MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> November 4, 1996 <br /> <br /> MO. 96-277 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 22, 1996 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Council <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Conditions to the Use Permit for 895 Woodside Road Gas Mart <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on November 4, 1996 <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan,Claire, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Hartnett <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: CLAIRE/BUCHAN TO ACCEPT STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> AND ATTACH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS TO THE USE <br /> PERMIT FOR 895 WOODSIDE ROAD GAS MART <br /> <br /> 1. Opening hours of 6:00 a.m. and closing hours of 11:00 p.m. shall be <br /> implemented at the Woodside Gas mart. Fuel deliveries are to occur <br /> during off-peak hours, effective immediately. <br /> <br /> 2. The fuel pump island along Horgan Avenue shall be removed within 30 <br /> days from the date of this hearing. The owner/operator shall apply for a <br /> new Use Permit if a new vehicular access from Horgan Ranch is <br /> proposed. <br /> <br /> 3. All salvage material and equipment stored outdoors shall be removed <br /> within 30 days. The applicant shall submit plans for review/approval <br /> <br /> <br />
