ORDINANCE NO. P-301 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO <br />LEASE AGREEMENT WITH UNIVAR SOLUTIONS USA, LLC <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Public hearing having been duly noticed for, and held on <br />December 10 2025, on the question of approval of the Second Amendment to <br />Lease Agreement (form dated 11 20 25) hereinafter described, in connection with <br />the occupancy of the premises known as 525 Seaport Blvd., Redwood City, CA <br />(the "Leased Premises") and, pursuant to the provisions of Section 48 the <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City, the Board of Port Commissioners of the City <br />of Redwood City does hereby approve that certain Second Amendment to Lease <br />Agreement entitled "Second Amendment to Lease Agreement — Univar Solutions <br />USA, LLC" (the "Second Amendment") by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners (the "Port") and <br />Univar Solutions USA, LLC ("Tenant"), formerly known as Univar Solutions USA, <br />Inc., which Second Amendment amends that certain Lease Agreement between <br />Lessor and Pressure Vessel Service, Inc. entered into on July 1, 1994, amended <br />by the "Amendment to Lease" on September 8, 1999, assigned to Basic <br />Chemical Solutions, Inc. on January 9, 2002 (date of approval of Resolution No. <br />P-1765), assigned to Univar USA, Inc. on June 22, 2011, (collectively, the <br />Port 1 <br />Univar - Second Amendment <br />Ord P-301 Introduced: 11 12.25JAmended: 11.20.25JAdopted: 12.10.25 <br />
