RESOLUTION NO. 1807 <br />OF PRELI1 APPROVAL OF ENGINEER tS REPORT <br />PURSUANT TO THE PARKING DISTRICT LAW OF 1951 <br />PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />California., that <br />WHEREAS., on the C hN, day of 195 1 3 said <br />Council did adopt its Resolution of Approval and Agreement to <br />Terms of Petition for the Formation of Parking District No. 1 and <br />Directing Preparation of Report, and did refer the matter to <br />GLENN 1 , 11. JAIN, City Engineer for said City, and being a competent <br />person employed by said City for that purpose, and did therein <br />direct said City Engineer to make and file with the City Council <br />of said City a report in writing all as therein more particularly <br />described, under and pursuant to the Parking District Law of 19513 <br />as amended; <br />WHEREAS, said City Engineer has made and filed with the City <br />Council of said City a report in writing as called for in said <br />Resolution, and under and pursuant to saw Law, which report has <br />been presented to this Council for consideration; <br />WHEREAS, said City Council has duly considered said report <br />and each and every part thereof, and finds that each and every part <br />of said report is sufficient, and that said report, nor any part <br />thereof requires or should be modified in any respect; <br />NOW,, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: <br />' <br />1. That the estimate of the cost of,the acquisitions and <br />improvements proposed by the petition and of the incidental ex- <br />penses in connection therewith and of the proceedings therefor, <br />as contained in said report, be, and the same are hereby, prelim- <br />inarily approved and conf irined. <br />2. That the estimate of the annual revenues which can be <br />expected to be derived from the operation of the proposed parking <br />
