RESOLUTION N0. 1875 AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CONDEMNATION OF RIGHT OF WAY AND EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAINAGE FACILITIES. RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the public interest and necessity require the acquisition by the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, of all necessary easements for the construction, installation, maintenance and operation of storm and water mains drainage facilities /in, over and along the following-described property: PARCEL I: The southeasterly 5 feet of Lot 6, Block E. as designated on that map entitled "Woodside Acres Map No. 1, San Mateo County, California ", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, on May 18, 1923, in Book 11 of Maps at Pages 34 and 35 Said 5 foot strip dying parallel with, adja- cent to, and alon the whole length of the common lot line of Lots 9 and 7, Block E, Woodside Acres No. 1. PARCEL II: The northwesterly 5 feet of Lot 7, Block E. as designated on that map entitled "Woodside Acres Map No. 1, San Mateo County, California ", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, on May 18, 1923, in Book 11 of Maps at pages 34 and 35• Said 5 foot strip lying parallel with, adja- cent to, and along the whole length of the common lot line of Lots 6 and 7, Block E, Woodside Acres No. 1. 2. That said property is suitable, adaptable, necessary and required for the public use of said City of Redwood City, to wit, for the construction, installation, maintenance and operation and water mains of storm drainage facilities /from Carleton Court to Kentfield Avenue, and that an easement and right of way in of the above- described property is necessary for the aforementioned purposes. -1-
