05/24/2010 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15027 <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO MID - PENINSULA HOUSING <br />MANAGEMENT CORPORATION AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT <br />AGREEMENT AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT <br />WITH MID - PENINSULA HOUSING COALITION FOR CITY <br />OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1306 MAIN STREET <br />WHEREAS, Mid - Peninsula Housing Management Corporation of Foster <br />City ( "Contractor ") has responded to the City's request for proposals to provide <br />property management and resident services for very- low and low- income <br />households who reside at 1306 Main Street in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Program "); and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has Submitted a Bidder's Certification attesting to <br />its qualifications and experience managing affordable housing and supportive <br />housing developments and providing resident services, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said Bid Certification <br />and determines the bid and bid certification to be adequate and responsible, and <br />WHEREAS, a Property Management Agreement (PMA) providing for <br />property management and resident services has been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Bid Documents and PMA also provide that Contractor, <br />upon reaching mutually agreeable terms, shall enter into a Purchase and Sale <br />Agreement (PSA) with the City within one year (12 months) from the date of bid <br />award; and <br />#15027 <br />Muff #304 <br />
