ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2108 June 24, 1996 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND CENTRUM <br /> ASSOCIATES, ORACLE CORPORATION, AND CENTRUM <br /> OWNERS ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST TO <br /> CAMPEAU CORPORATION, AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS <br /> WITH RESPECT THERETO <br /> <br /> (GID 1-64) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Campeau Corporation <br />("Campeau") entered into a "Development Agreement" as of August 6, <br />1986, (recorded on August 8, 1986, and filed as Document No. 86094609, <br />Official Records of San Mateo County, Califomia, and approved by <br />ordinance No. 1931 adopted June 2, 1986, to govern the development of <br />the Property, as described therein, known as the "Centrum Project" and <br />consisting of approximately 65.8 acres located in the City of Redwood <br />City, San Mateo County, California, as is more particularly described in the <br />Amendment to Development hereinafter referenced; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after entering into the Development Agreement and <br />acquiring the Property, Campeau sold the Property to Wilson Centrum <br />Partners, a California limited partnership, which in turn transferred the <br />Property to Centrum Associates, a Califomia General Partnership <br />("Centrum"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, three of the pamels to be developed as office building <br />sites on the Property have been conveyed to Centrum V Associates, a <br /> <br />O~d-005 1 <br />G :/shared/redwood/cou ncil <br />FXS:q~ <br />06/04/96 2108 <br /> <br /> <br />
