JUL a '10 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM OAK KNOLL - CANYON LANE AND VICINITY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk an Assessment to represent the costs and expenses of the work and improvemen~done pursuant to proceedings had and taken under the "Improvement Act of 1911" (being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California) and pursuant to Resolu- tion of Intention No. 6107 of the Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted by this Council on the 22nd day of September, 1969, to which resolution reference is hereby made for further par- ticulars; and WHEREAS, there has also been filed with the City Clerk an Assessment Diagram in connection with the abovementioned work and improvemen~pursuant to the abovementioned proceedings; and ~IEREAS, the City Clerk has fully given notice in the manner provided by law of the filing of said Assessment and the time set for hearing thereon; and WHEREAS, all of said work and improvements have been satis- factorily completed, and the City Council is now satisfied as to the proper preparation of the diagram and the spreading of the assessment for said work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, as follows: 1. That pursuant to public hearing on July 6, 1970 in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Red- wood City, California, all written and oral protests in connection with said Assessment and Assessment Diagram and all proceedings leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations in con- -1-
