WlillREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City did by Resolution No. 5599, adopted February 5, 1968, grant exception to certain provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City being'the subdivision regulations of said City pursuant to application therefor by the owner, of certain real property .therein described ~ and ~VHERE&Sf as a condition to the exception granted in said Resolution No. 5599, this Council required that the appli~ant obtain certain property rights permi.tting access to the property described in said Resolution No. 5599; and \VI-IEREAS, certa.in of said access rights must be obtained from the Ci ty of Redwood Ci,ty t pursuant to requirements of law; and .\~EPXAS, pursuant to Resolution NO.~, adoPte~. 3--,. l~t' this Council has authorized the exchange of certain real property interests with the City and County of San Francisco# which interests to be received by the City of Redwood City are, required by the above mentioned applicant for access to its' real property pursuant to the above mentioned Hesolution No. 5599; and ~mEREAS, the above mentioned applicant proposes to relinquish to the City of Redwood City certain access rights to Vera Avenue in the City or Redwood City in exchange for access rights to applicant's real property from Myrtle Street in said City, which exchange may be accomplished by execution of an exchange deed substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereof, which Exhibit is by this reference incorporated herein: and
